Nose: clear and elegant, banana sponge cake, orange, fresh and slightly oaky, lotus flowers, faint lychee, straw hat behind.
Taste: medium-bodied, banana sponge cake, faint lychee, woodiness of bourbon barrels, rustic malt finishing with a moderate and lpng-lasting sweetness that fades out at the end.
Overall: A well-balanced, clear, bourbon barrel, and a bottle that allows you to enjoy the potential of Eigashima Brewery in the new era.
